Zinc stearate is White powder or granular. Insoluble in water, alcohol, ether, slightly soluble in benzene, but decomposes into stearic acid and corresponding zinc salts when encountering strong acids.

Application
Zinc stearate is a product of the reaction between stearic acid and metal oxides. This product can be used as an additive and is widely used in industries such as plastics, textiles, and rubber.
(1) Plastic and rubber products play a lubricating role and are added to industrial plastics, PVC, color masterbatches, and other products;
(2) Can be used as a heat stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride;
(3) It can be used as a polishing agent for textiles, as well as a leveling agent for paints and enamel.
