Product Description

Calcium lactate:

Calcium lactate is a derivative of lactic acid after corn or rice fermentation, white granules or powder, with the taste of lactic acid fermentation, slightly weathered, calcium lactate is easily soluble in hot water (about 5%), insoluble in ethanol and other non-polar solutions. When fortifying beverages, a stable and clear solution can be obtained, the pH of the aqueous solution is 6.0-7.0, and the flavor is mild after dissolving.
